Studio 95 Design was fortunate enough to be appointed on this project in Surbiton, Surrey to create an attached granny annex to the existing dwelling to support independent living while also providing a connection to the main dwelling.

The proposal also redesigned the internal layout to provide a better more connected internal living space for the family, with better connections to the garden.

This extension benefits from achieving large amounts of daylight into the new entertaining space with the added benefit of a floor to ceiling bay window to provide the dining room area with a visual point of view to the garden.

The modern proposed swimming pool extension provide level access to the garden while also proposing floor to ceiling glazing to provide a direct connection in all weathers. The modern swimming pool extension compliments the existing dwelling while respecting the existing form of the property. ​
