Studio 95 Design was fortunate enough to be appointed on this project in Hertford to create a two storey rear extension with loft conversion with internal modifications to create a large 4 bedroom house.

This extension benefits from achieving large amounts of daylight into the new entertaining space to the rear, while the design helps to prevent the internal spaces overheating by protecting them from a canopy over. This project was finished with a new external render and modern timber cladding to help give this traditional property a modern twist. ​

The internal layout was created to allow for new flowing space's between existing and new to seamlessly provide a sense of space both internally and externally.
