The combination of white render, sage green accents, oak porch, black aluminium capping, and a mix of sage green and black windows creates a sophisticated and durable exterior that provides kerb appeal and a modern feel, with improved connection to the garden area through the use of new crittal style doors.

Internally the modern industrial theme is continued through with exposed steel beams painted in black to complement the rear doors and windows.
