Our client for this project approached us following previously working with us. The front of the property is in keeping with the neighbours / street scene and the proposal was to retain the character of the property while making it a modern family home.

The proposal has re-designed the ground floor layout to create a large open plan family area including kitchen, living and dining space with associated utility room and new larger downstairs WC suitable for use.

To the first floor the proposal has allowed for 3 large double bedrooms with family bathroom. To the loft floor this has created a new master bedroom with en-suite to create a good suite for the property. 

 

The ground floor now provides better connections and views to the large garden to the rear with a new patio area planned to allow for inside outside living.
