This project exemplifies how thoughtful design can transform a home into a brighter, more functional, and connected space. For this property, we created a rear extension that prioritises natural light and a strong connection to the outdoors. The addition of large bi-fold doors and expansive windows not only frames beautiful views of the garden but also floods the interiors with daylight, creating a vibrant and inviting atmosphere. The seamless indoor-outdoor flow makes the extended space ideal for relaxing, entertaining, or simply enjoying the changing seasons from the comfort of home.

A key feature of this project was the conversion of the existing garage into a fully habitable and integrated part of the home. By reimagining this underutilised area, we added valuable living space while ensuring it flows naturally with the rest of the property. To be used as an additional living area which is connected to the kitchen and dining room, this new space provides versatility while maintaining the home’s overall aesthetic and character.
