Single Storey Rear Extension

Studio 95 Design was fortunate enough to be appointed on this project in Cheshunt to create an additional entertaining space for larger company with a new utility space to allow for greater space in the original kitchen.

The additional utility space provides a connection into the garden along with into the garage. This extension benefits from achieving large amounts of daylight into the new day lounge.

Due to start on site late 2020 with completion early 2021. We look forward to seeing this project finished!
