Studio 95 Design was fortunate enough to be appointed on this project by a great, young family with aspiration of creating an incredible family home. 

 

The house was situated within a conservation area meaning we was conscious that the extension needed to be designed to reflect the design of the host dwelling.

The layout was designed to facilitate a new master bedroom with en-suite to the first floor, giving them 3 bedrooms to the first floor. At ground floor this enabled them to achieve a larger formal living room with additional dining space and downstairs WC.
